All members were present . <br /> The minutes of the lest reeuiar meeting were read and <br /> approved . <br /> The application for a variance for Hope Lutheran Church <br /> was reviewed. A motion was made by TN/RG that Hope Church <br /> shall send a represent; to a Plennin' Committee meeting <br /> to explain their plans and thee the Town shall waive the <br /> zoning application fee . Potion carried . <br /> A motion was made by SS/TN to refer the Wailti application <br /> for rezoning to the. Planning Committee . Motion carried . <br /> Kris Hampton read the minutes of :he Feb . 16 . 1989 <br /> Planning Committee meeting stating the conditions they would <br /> like to see before givine eon-oval of the zone change . Mr . <br /> Bradt expressed his dissatisfection with the Planning <br /> Committee requirements seeh as fenci!lq . He stated thet the <br /> Committee is nit-picking . Karen Schmidt stated that they <br /> would not require a fence between their property and the golf <br /> course . Mr . Rodefelt also stated that a fence would not be <br /> necessary, but would like some screening at the driveway . It <br /> was suggested that the feecie :: be dropped from the <br /> requirements . A motion made by 11K/RG to approve the <br /> zoning change request from A-1 to RE-1 and up to 5 . 2 acres <br /> for B-1 zoning upon ores ton of a comprehensive and <br /> acceptable plan for the golf course , screening for a noise <br /> barrier , a water runoff impact statemene and a performance <br /> bond for the driveway and parking lot . Motion carried . <br /> The application by San West for a zoning change from A-1 <br /> to RH-1 was discussed . A motion was made by TN/SS to accept <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Cemmittee to approve the <br /> zoning change . Net ion co <br /> Zoning application #447:2 for Kirk Gillespie to change <br /> zoning from A-2 te RE-1 o adjust same lot lines was <br /> - discussed . A motion was made by TN/S'S not to approve <br /> application . Motion carried . The reason it was denied is <br /> that this action eeuld creete an additional lot . The Board <br /> requests Mr . Gillespie to amend the lot lines so as not to <br /> create an additional let . After some discussion , a motion <br /> was made by MK/SS to rescind the previous motion . Carried. <br /> A motion was made by MF/TH to request the County to allow Mr . <br /> Gillespie to amend zoning petition #4422 and will be <br /> considered at a later meeting . Motion carried . <br /> The Treasurers report and due bills were reviewed . A <br /> motion was made by TN '53 t:(7, pay all due bills .
