OW <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> MONTROSR <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 33, Town of Montrose , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes/A-2 Aariculture District. <br /> Pet. #4424: <br /> part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Montrose described as <br /> follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 33; <br /> thence S 89° 34 ' 38" East along the South line of Section 33, 657.58 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 07' 02" East, 1324.13 feet to the North line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> of Section 33; thence S 89° 45' 08" East along the North line of the SW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 of Section 33, 223.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 45' 08" <br /> East, 280.00 feet; thence S 00° 04 ' 41" West, 355.01 feet; thence N 89° 55 ' <br /> 19" West, 280.00 feet; thence N 00° 04 ' 41" East, 357.16 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
