Village of Belleville '' f __
, - / 7//,--71
J 4
's._ Planning Commission
vrw+ ,if/ix'
January 5, 1989
Mr. William J. Fahey
27 West Main Street
Belleville, WI 53508
Dear Mr. Fahey,
The Belleville Planning Commission received a "Notice of Intent"
to request a zoning change, Town of Montrose, from a Mr. Richard
Miller and Ms. Linda Miller for a parcel of land which is
currently owned by you.
This land is within Belleville ' s extraterritorial boundaries, and
as such, any land use can be reviewed by our Commission. Of
greater concern to us is that this parcel is also within our
Urban Service Area.
After reviewing the Miller' s request on January 4, 1989, the
Commission decided that not only could no action be taken at
this time, but considering the lack of information available with
regards to division of your property, the Commission would have
to recommend against rezoning to Dane County.
Your property has sub-division potential. If you would be
prepared to provide the Commission with a sketch plan or pre-
liminary plan of how your property would be sub-divided, the
Commission would certainly re-evaluate the Millers or your
request for rezoning.
If you have any questions, please feel free to correspond at the
address below or call 424-3341 during normal working hours.
Sincerely,
//7
Ronald L.
