PETITION NO. 4 44.2- <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 7 , Town of Pleasant Sorinq . Dine county, Wisconsin. <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes • District. <br /> Pet. #4427: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 7; thence S <br /> 00° 23 ' 00" West, 1,544.87 feet along the North-South quarter line; thence N <br /> 89° 37' 00" West, 612.13 feet to a point on the North line of Longview Drive; <br /> thence along the Easterly line of Longview Drive, being a curve to the right <br /> having a radius of 200.00 feet and a chord bearing N 47° 21' 00" West, 269.03 <br /> feet; thence S 84° 55 ' 00" West, 66.00 feet to the Westerly line of said road <br /> and the point of beginning of this description; thence N 05005' 00" West, <br /> 287.00 feet along the Westerly line of said road; thence along said Westerly <br /> line, being a curve to the right, having a radius of 370.00 feet and a chord <br /> bearing N 02° 42 ' 30" West, 30.67 feet; thence S 87° 05' 00" West, 500.00 <br /> feet; thence S 01° 05 ' 00" West, 375.02 feet; thence N 87° 05 ' 00" East, <br /> 545.21 feet to the Westerly line of Longview Drive; thence along said Westerly <br /> line being a curve to the right, having a radius of 266.00 feet and a chord <br /> bearing N 11° 15' 40" West, 57.25 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
