NR 113.09 Site evaluation. (1) GENERAL.Site evaluation shall be con- ducted by a soil tester certified by the department of industry,labor and human relations in accord with ch. ILHR 81. The evaluation shall in- clude soil conditions,properties and permeability,depth of zones of soil saturation, depth to bedrock,slope, landscape position,all setback re- quirements and the potential for flooding.
