. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4444 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4444: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 & NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Dunkirk <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4; 450 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of Dane County certified survey map number #2483; thence <br /> North along the East line of said certified survey, 49.5 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue North along said East line, 175 feet; thence N 83° <br /> West along the North line of said certified survey 754 feet; thence N 20° <br /> East, 155 feet; thence S 83° East, 680 feet; thence S 26° East, 180 feet; <br /> thence South, 175 feet to the North line of Schroeder Lane; thence West, 50 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: July 13, 1989 <br />
