WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 21 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 22, Town of <br /> Cross Plains described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot #3 of CSM 820; thence Northerly 266 feet; thence Easterly 223 <br /> feet; thence Southerly 270 feet; thence Westerly to the point of beginning. <br /> Also: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot #3 of CSM #820; thence <br /> Westerly 601 feet; thence Northerly 270 feet; thence Easterly 606 feet; thence <br /> Southerly 277 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> A) .
