Agriculture District to the RH-1 & RH-3 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4447: Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Vienna described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 4; thence S 01° 28' 05" East, 1420.75 feet; thence S 89° 46' 36" East, 1050.72 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 46' 36" East, 515.91 feet; thence S 01° 28' 15' East, 445.41 feet; thence S 19° East, 17.55 feet; thence N 89° 46' 36' West, 243.89 feet; thence S 01° 30' 36' East, 363 feet; thence N 89° 46' 36' West, 310 feet; thence N 05° East, 820 feet to the point of beginning.
