ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4454 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of COTTAGE GROVE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the RH-2 & RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #4454: Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at West quarter corner said Section 16; thence East along North line said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 2232.39 to the point of beginning; thecne S 01° 31' 35" West 300 feet; thence S 88° 28' 25" West 518.00 feet; thence N 01° 31' 35' West 234.00 feet; thence S 88° 28' 25" West 283.90 feet to East right-of-way line Vilas Road; thence N 09° 15' 00" West 66.6 feet to North line said 1/4 1/4, thence N 88° 28' 25" East 801.90 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
