Fox Valley Construction Co. will be the general contractor on this project which <br /> will include work on 194 from the Badger Interchange to STH 73. Payne & Dolan, Inc_ intends to erect <br /> a portable asphalt at this site for the purpose of producing the asphalt mix to be used on this project. <br /> The project will be completed during the 1989 construction season. The exact date to start this project <br /> has not yet been determined. We expect the portable asphalt plant to be at this site about two months, <br /> probably July-September period. <br /> The area is currently zoned A-1, and the surrounding lands are zoned at A-1 or C-2. This is a <br /> logical site for the asphalt plant as the aggregates for the asphalt mixture will be taken from the same <br /> site. <br /> The portable asphalt plant requires na water, and is completely portable.
