PETITION NO. 414631 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section _g, Town of Ring. Mnundq . Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Pet. #4461: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Blue Mounds <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of the said <br /> Section 14; thence West 1320.07 feet to the point of beginning; thence North <br /> 175 feet; thence West 130 feet; thence North 234 feet; thence East 130 feet; <br /> thence North along center of Sand Rock Road 910 feet, more or less to the <br /> North line of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence West 500 feet; thence S 35° West 70 <br /> feet; thence S 26° West 250 feet; thence S 13° West 371 feet; thence S 20° <br /> West 403 feet; thence S 14° 30 ' East 160 feet to the Northerly right-of-way of <br /> USH 18-151; thence S 56° 29' 13" East 548 feet along the right-of-way; thence <br /> along the right-of-way on a curve to the left of radius 4423.6 feet and long <br /> chord of S 58° 30 ' 03" East 310.92 feet; thence S 66° 12' 55" East along the <br /> right-of-way 117 feet; thence North 375 feet along Sand Rock Road to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
