They are: Parcel "A", land owned by Mr. Frank Olah and <br /> zoned C-1 . This land will not change in zoning, but deed of land will <br /> transfer from Mr. Frank Olah to Frank's Swimpools Inc. <br /> Parcel "B", land being purchaced .by Frank's Swimpools from Mr. David <br /> Marx. This land is zoned A-1 and we are petitioning to have this land <br /> rezoned to C-1 . <br /> Parcel "C", land owned by Mr. Frank Olah. Due to Frank Olah' s sale of <br /> parcel "A" to Frank's Swimpools Inc. , this parcel will have to be <br /> rezoned from A-1 exclusive and A-3 to RH-3, and we are hereby petitioning <br /> for this change. <br /> Our only proposed development for parcel "B" at this time is to extend <br /> a driveway from the northwest corner of parcel "A" thru parcel "B" <br /> comming out by the northwest corner of parcel "B" on to Inama Rd. <br /> A culvert permit has already been issued by the Town of Roxbury. <br /> Enclosed is a filing fee check in the amount of $75.00. <br /> Thank you for your help. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> JUN 14 1988 <br /> Frank J.
