Effective November 7, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10995 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section <br /> 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Blooming Grove Location: Section 4 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> C-1 to C-2 <br /> PARCEL A <br /> Lot 2, CSM No. 1503, recorded in Vol. 6 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 213, Doc. No. 1407513, <br /> Town 7 North, Range 10 East, Section 4,Town of Blooming Grove. Excepting parts conveyed for <br /> highway purposes in Doc. No. 1176152 & Doc. No. 1485011. <br /> PARCEL B <br /> Lots 4 and 5, except the Easterly 47 feet thereof, Block 1, Clyde A. Gallagher Garden Subdivision, <br /> Town of Blooming Grove. Excepting parts conveyed for highway purposes in Doc. No. 1183574& <br /> Doc. No. 1485011. <br /> Totaling 1.16 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. All exterior lighting shall be down shrouded to minimize light pollution onto adjoining <br /> properties. <br /> 2. Any proposed signage shall comply with the City of Madison sign requirements. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1. Recording of a Deed Restriction combining both parcels for use as a single zoning lot. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s) <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
