DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8886 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes and RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8886 <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 32, <br /> Town of Rutland described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 32; thence S02°51'23" East, 1646.54 feet; thence N89°09'19" East, 51.99 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence N89°09'19" East, 1262.90 feet; thence S02°37'52" East, <br /> 228.00 feet along the East line of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S88°30'57" West, 782.75 <br /> feet; thence S00°15'45" East, 242.39 feet; thence N77°14'00" West, 700.53 feet; thence <br /> N38°17'00" East, 171.86 feet along the Southeasterly right-of-way line of Biglow Road; <br /> thence Northeasterly, 202.72 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a central <br /> angle of 26°34'41" and a radius of 437.00 feet, said arc also being the Southeasterly right- <br /> of-way line of Biglow Road, the long chord of which bears N24°59'40" East, 200.90 feet, <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, and the NW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Rutland described as follows: Commencing at the North <br /> quarter corner of said Section 32; thence 502 051'23" East, 1646.54 feet; thence <br /> N89°09'19" East, 1314.89; thence S02°37'52" East, 228.00 feet along the East line of the <br /> SW 1/4 NE 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence S37°24'31" West, 363.57 feet; thence <br /> S31°20'36" West, 329.20 feet; thence S21°51'58" West, 246.66 feet; thence S22°29'22" <br /> East, 344.20 feet; thence S44°04'34" West, 275.97 feet; thence N39°40'00" West, 644.34 <br /> feet along the Easterly right-of-way line of US 14; thence N43°06'34" West 499.90 feet <br /> along the Easterly right-of-way line of US 14; thence N39°40'00" West, 353.18 feet along <br /> the Easterly right-of-way line of US 14; thence N38°17'00" East, 94.36 feet along the <br /> Southeasterly right-of-way line of Biglow Road, thence S77°14'00" East, 700.53 feet; <br /> thence N00°15'45" West, 242.39 feet; thence N88°30'57" East, 782.75 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> - map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure__.__._____ <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two-dies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 04 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,bases _their_findings,-to <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
