We agree <br /> to the preblast and postblast inspections of the Louis Breunig silos before <br /> and after each blast. But, we wish to make this for only 2 blasts. If there <br /> is no damage to be found or pressure leaks, then condition #2 should be <br /> eliminated after the two blasts. <br /> This preblast and postblast inspection is a very costly service and we would <br /> like to keep this total cost down to a minimum. <br /> We understand that you have the final saying on these conditions and we hope <br /> that you take our request under advisement and amend condition ##L. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Frank A.
