Postblast testing of the Bruenig Harvestors shall be done if blasts <br /> exceed a peak particle velocity in excess of 0..06 IPS. <br /> 4. The DIHLR Mine Safety Office shall be notified at least 36 hours prior to <br /> any blasting at the Kippley quarry. <br /> 5. All blasting shall be monitored by the blasting contractor by the <br /> placement of seismographs adjacent to the Bruenig Harvestore silos. <br /> 6. Copies of the blasters logs and seismographic information shall be <br /> submitted to the DIHLR Mine Safety Office and Dane County Zoning within <br /> 48 hours of blasting at the Kippley quarry. <br /> t <br />
