ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4363 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RE-1 <br /> Recreational District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4363: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of the said Section 2; thence N 00° 16' <br /> 47" East 260.00 feet; thence East 100.00 feet; thence S 00° 16' 47" West <br /> 281.84 feet; thence along a curve to the left of radius 161.80 feet and long <br /> chord of S 55° 17' 18" West 79.37 feet; thence N 27° 20' West 75.46 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> (12/ C1 <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
