D.E.D. Yes. • <br /> PERTINENT LAND USE <br /> • <br /> Staff Comments <br /> ,40. Petition 4367 No objection to this petition. <br /> • <br /> 4367 This petition Is in an agricultural preservation area where density <br /> policy limits development to one lot per 35 acres. Zoning the <br /> northern parcel A-2 agriculture may be logical since it Is less than <br /> 35 acres. However , that rezoning will allow one house as a permitted <br /> use. <br /> The parcel proposed for RH-4 Is sufficiently large that a CSM is not <br /> required; however , there is no apparent public road access. Such a <br /> parcel should not be zoned for residential use unless there is direct <br /> • <br /> public road access provided. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Concerns Expressed at/after public hearing <br /> Analysis <br /> Parcel has easement access to public road, which is all that is required by law for par- <br /> cels larger than 15 acres in area. <br /> • <br />
