ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4367 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes: <br /> Pet. #4367: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 of Section 28, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO RH-4: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 28, thence North 04° 57' 53" <br /> East 1326.95 thence N 88° 38' 23" West 532.77; thence N 88° 38' 23" West <br /> 633.14 to the point of beginning. Thence N 01° 27' 17" West 561.23 feet along <br /> the West line of Lot #1, CSM 4824; thence N 88° 34 ' 00" West 1500 feet; thence <br /> South 600 feet along the North-South quarter line. Thence S 88° 38' 23" East <br /> 1600 feet along the South line of the N1/2 SE 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: l/23/ '7 <br />
