Dane County Planning & Development <br /> 4/ Division of Zoning <br /> I1 ial •� <br /> ��SC�pS <br /> June 11, 2014 <br /> Public Notice and Right of Hearing <br /> Forever Sandfill & Limestone, Inc. 1400 Ramsey Rd., Stoughton, WI 53589 has submitted to <br /> Dane County a reclamation plan for a non-metallic mineral extraction site. The mining site is <br /> proposed to process sand and limestone gravel and is approximately 9 acres in size. The <br /> reclamation plan establishes agricultural land uses when the mining ceases. <br /> The project is located in section 9, TO6N, R11E, Town of Pleasant Springs, Dane County, WI. <br /> Opportunity for public hearing shall be provided as follows: Any person residing within, owning <br /> property within, or whose principal place of business is within 300 feet of the boundary of the <br /> parcel, or parcels, on which the non-metallic mining site is located or proposed may request a <br /> public informational hearing. Dane County Planning&Development staff shall hold a public <br /> hearing if said request is received in writing within 30 days of this notice. Testimony will not be <br /> accepted regarding any aspect of the operation of the non-metallic mining site.
