<br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:
<br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: .
<br /> " The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board
<br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described
<br /> land in Section ; Town of Westport , Dane County, Wisconsin,
<br /> from the R-2 Residence & RE-1 Recreation District to the
<br /> RE-1 Recreation District.
<br /> Part of the numerous quarter quarter of Sections 28 and 33 Town of Westport described I
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Town of Westport, Section 28 described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
<br /> corner of said Section, thence North along the West Section line to the West quarter -"
<br /> corner of said Section, thence East on the East-West quarter section line to the
<br /> centerline of Dowd Road, thence Northerly along the centerline of Dowd Road to
<br /> the southerly right-of-way line of CTH M, thence Easterly along right-of-way line
<br /> of CTH M to a point 619.6 feet East of the West line of the NE4 NW;, said point
<br /> •
<br /> being on the West line of a 20 foot wide driveway, thence S 02° 00' E 181 feet
<br /> along said driveway, thence S 09° 00' East about 881 feet along said driveway to
<br /> the south Line of the NE4 NWT, thence West on said South line to the centerline
<br /> of Six Mile Creek, thence Southerly and Easterly along the centerline of Six Mile
<br /> Creek to the West line of the E4 SW4 NE„ thence North along the said West line
<br /> to the Northwest corner of said E' SW; NE;, thence East along the North line thereof,
<br /> - ',the Northeast corner, thence S 00° 10' 53" East 325 feet, thence N 89° 44' 17'

<br /> Lake Mendota, thence Southerly to the Northwest corner of the Plat of Second Ward
<br /> Beach Subdivision said Northwest corner being the Northwest corner of Reynolds
<br /> Avenue, thence Southwesterly along the West line of Reynolds Avenue and the West
<br /> ling of the Plat of Second Ward Beach to a point which is 338 feet East of the
<br /> East line of Second Ward Beach Road, thence North 850 feet on a line 338 feet East
<br /> of and parallel to the East line of Second Ward Beach Road, thence West 338 feet
<br /> to the East line of Second Ward Beach Road, thence North along the East line and
<br /> East line extended of said road to the South line of the SW4 NE;, thence West along
<br /> the south line of the said SW4 NE; and the S4 NW} to the East line of North Shore
<br /> Bay Road, thence Southerly along the East right-of-way line of said 'road to a Line
<br /> 16.5 feet South of the previously recorded right-of-way for Second Ward Beach Road;

<br /> along the right-of-way of said road to a point 82.5 feet Westerly of the East line
<br /> of said Second Ward _-ach riche-of-way, thence Southerly on a line 82.5 feet West
<br /> of and parallel tc the Ea.s'. line of said right-of-way of Second Ward Beach Road
<br /> to a point that is located the following courses from the East corner of Lot #1
<br /> of the Plat of Second Ward 3acch: S 43° 50' 41" W 167.93 feet, N 47° 45' 00' W
<br /> 305.25 feet, N 35° 35' 00" E 349.6 feet and West 23.97 to said point, thence East
<br /> 23.97 feet, thence S 35° 35' CC" W 349.60 feet, thence S 47° 45' 00" C about 343.25
<br /> feet to the shoreline of Lake Mendota,'thence Southwesterly on the shore of La
<br /> Mendota to the South line of Section 28, thence West along said South line to
<br /> Southwest corner of said section and the point of beginning, except roadw=ys.
<br /> Town of Westport, Section 33 described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
<br /> corner of said Section 33, thence East along the North line of said section to
<br /> the shore of Lake Mendota, said point also being the Northeast corner of Lot #25
<br /> of the Replat and Addition to Borcher's Beach (Volume 4, Page 44, Plats), then
<br /> Southerly along the shore of Lake Mendota to the southeast corner of Lot #19 of
<br /> Borcher's Beach Subdivision (Vol. 4, Page 9, Plats), thence West to the Southwest
<br /> corner of said Lot #19, thence Southwesterly to the Northeast corner of Trantin
