PETITION NO. - 1("‘k • PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF PERRY TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: • The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 22 , Town of Perry , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. Part of the SW; SW; of Section 22, Town of Perry described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 22; thence East 10 feet± to the East right-of-way of CTH H; thence N 10° E, 330 feet, more or less, along said right of way to a point on a curve; thence along a curve to the left that bears N 10° E, 175 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; thence N 80° W, 30 feet along a curve to the left that bears N 08° E, 236 feet, more or less,along said right-of-way; thence West 26 feet along said right-of-way; thence along a curve to the left that bears N 05° E 124 feet, more or less, along said right- of-way; thence East 26 feet along said right-of-way; thrence along a curve to the left that bears North '265 feet, more or less, along said right-of-way; thence East 125 feet, more or less; thence South, 620 feet, more or less; thence West 140 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- fied survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
