Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 4, thence N 88° 36' <br /> 30" E, 1325.20 feet to the Southwest corner SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 4, thence <br /> North 676.8 feet along the West line SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and centerline of Oak Road <br /> to the point of beginning. Thence continue North 298 feet along said West <br /> line SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 87° 56' E, 326.0 feet; thence South 298.0 feet; <br /> thence N 87° 56'W, 326.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
