Included in the conditions is a <br /> concern the Town has that the Farm be guaranteed access in <br /> the future . There has been a question raised to the Town if <br /> we meant this driveway to be dedicated to the Town. This is not <br /> our intention. An easement would suffice . I 'm not certain if <br /> County rules would allow this , but we would rather see the easement <br /> owned by the farm owner rather than the son that wishes to build <br /> there & run the farm.
