Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 3, which is <br /> also the point of beginning; thence N 88° 44' 44" E, 586.34 feet; thence S 01° <br /> 13' 27" E, 803.68 feet; thence S 88° 44' 44" W, 647.85 feet to the Northeast <br /> corner of Lot #33 Saeman Addition to the Village of Cross Plains, thence N 00° <br /> 10' 02" W, 291.80 feet (recorded as North) , thence N 00° 28' 54" W, 511.98 <br /> feet; thence N 88° 44' 44" E, 49.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
