PETITION NO. 73C07 <br /> 7 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 3 , Town of Christiana , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residence District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br /> Southerly on east line of said quarter quarter, 300 feet more or less; thence <br /> Westerly parallel to North line of said quarter quarter, 400 feet more or <br /> less; thence Northerly, 300 feet more or less to North line of said quarter <br /> quarter; thence Easterly on said North line of SW 1/4 NE 1/4, 400 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
