The legal description being: <br /> A part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and a part of the <br /> :Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 in Section 9 , Township 7 North, <br /> Range 8 East, in the Town of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> more particularly described as follows : The Easterly 500 feet of the <br /> • Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the <br /> Southeast 1/4 lying Northerly of the centerline of United States <br /> Highway No. 14 right of way. <br /> Some years ago, we had it rezoned to Industrial use. This was <br /> granted excepting the south 230 feet adjacent to Highway 14 . This 230 <br /> feet was kept as agricultural land so that if the highway was widened, <br /> the state could buy it cheaper if it was agricultural instead of indus- <br /> trial . <br /> The state now is in the process of buying up the additional highway <br /> land for pending improvement of Highway 14 .
