YUL 3049PPR TO <br /> The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 6 North, <br /> Range 6 East; and <br /> The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, <br /> Township 6 North, Range 6 East; and <br /> The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, <br /> Township 6 North, Range 6 East, subject to and together with an existing <br /> right of way as set forth in Volume 99 of Deeds, Page 160. <br /> Together with the non-exclusive existing right of way over the South 1/2 <br /> of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 6 North, <br /> Range 6 East, as set forth in Volume 99 of Deeds, Page 160. <br /> Also together with an access easement to all of the above described parcels <br /> across the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and across <br /> the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 9, <br /> Township 6 North, Range 6 East, said easement being 66 feet in width, <br /> centered on and 33 feet on each side of the North-South line dividing the <br /> said South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the South 1/2 <br /> of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4. <br /> The South 150 feet of this easement is presently restricted and occupied <br /> by a metal shed.
