Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Verona, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corners of Second Addition to East View <br /> Heights (in City of Verona) which is also the point of beginning; thence S62° <br /> 21' 31" W, 282.36 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of <br /> 1408.30 feet and a long chord that bears S 35° 33' 49" E, 295. 13 thence S 89° <br /> 00' 33" E, 235.23 feet; thence N 15° 16' 42" W, 413.00 feet; thence S 64° 08' <br /> 11" W, 53.32 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
