PETITION NO. �=� <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VIENNA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 22 , Town of Vienna , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-2 Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential District. <br /> Ptn #3521 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South, 265 <br /> feet to the centerline of Norway Grove Road and the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue South 150 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence North 250 feet more or <br /> less to the centerline of said public road; thence Southeasterly along said <br /> centerline to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
