• OFFICE TELEPHONE
808-846-3800
TOWN OF VIENNA
Office of Clerk
5270 NORWAY GROVE ROAD• DEFOREST,WIS.53532
September 3, 1985
Dane County Zoning Dept.
City County Building
210 Monona Avenue
Madison, Wisconsin 53571
Dear Sirs :
Or September 3, 1985 the Vienna Town Board and the Vienna Plan
Committee met. One item on the adjenda for those meetings was a
request by Mr. & Mrs . Douglas Kelley to allow the creation of two
R-1 zoned lots on property in section 22 of the Town of Vienna.
The Town. Board and the Plan Committee had previously approved the
creation of one lot for a home because Mr. Kelley was a family member
and was employed on the farm on that location- as per the Town Plan.
The second lot would allow the placement of the septic system for the
home to be placed across the road (to the north) in a more favorable
location. Both lots are to be created by certified survey.
The Town Board and the Town Plan Committee gave approval for the
creation of the second lot, but only due to necessity and with a
restriction being placed on the lot which would not allow the building
of a home, now or in the future, on that second lot. The Town would
ask that such a restriction could only be removed in the future if the
Vienna Town Plan is changed to allow similar subdivision of like property.
Sincerely,
RECEIVED
Robert P ulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk I=r a 1985
..
DANE COUNTY
ZONING -°
qr
