Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential, RH-3 Rural 'Homes District. <br /> Ptn #3529 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 & E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs described as follows: TO R-l: Commencing at the East quarter corner <br /> of said Section 4; thence West 2090 feet more or less along the East-West line <br /> of said Section 4 to the point of beginning of this description; thence South <br /> 265 feet more or less; thence West 170 feet more or less; thence North 265 <br /> feet more or less to the East-West quarter line of said Section 4; thence East <br /> 170 feet more or less along said quarter line to the point of beginning of <br /> this description.
