This change would be upsetting to us as retired people as we <br /> bought our home in this area because it was quiet and peaceful. <br /> Mr. Stauffacher is only interested in selling his property <br /> to a buyer who wants to do business from the house. He is moving <br /> away and isn't concerned about this neighborhood. <br /> The house across the street is vacant and for sale. I'm sure <br /> if someone lived there they would also object as it would affect <br /> the narking in front of their house as well as ours. Mr. Stauffa- <br /> cher has no parking posted in front of his property. <br /> The extra stress added to our lives would be disastrous <br /> -�o <br /> our nerves there would be exra traffic and car doors slamming <br /> besides parking in front of our house. I do not like the idea <br /> of bringing in strangers when I live in the next house down from <br /> a would be business. <br /> In the future there could be the chance that this buyer would <br /> resell the property to other small businesses and they would want <br /> to build on the property an'' this would change the environment of <br /> this area. <br /> Please leave all of this area, residential peaceful and quiet <br /> for the best interest of the people living here and not be spotted <br /> by one lot of small business. <br /> Sincerely, <br />
