An engineer's plan showing adequate erosion control measures <br /> where land is disturbance is greater than 4000 square feet or on <br /> a slope of more than twelve percent. (12%) X <br /> 2. No land with a slope of more than twenty percent (20%) shall <br /> be disturbed for construction of a driveway except under <br /> extraordinary circumstances as stated in Section 1.09(II) (C), <br /> Environmental Criteria, Roxbury Ordinances <br /> 3. Single residence driveway clear zone shall be a minimum of <br /> Twenty (20) feet wide and fourteen (14) feet high with a <br /> minimum finish surface width of twelve (12)feet. The slope <br /> to the ditch bottom shall be no greater than one foot vertical <br /> in four feet horizontal. Construction shall be similar to that <br /> shown in Figure 1. �( <br /> 4. For shared driveways the clear zone shall be a minimum of <br /> twenty four(24) feet wide and fourteen (14)feet high with <br /> a minimum surface width of sixteen(16) feet. Clear zone <br /> shall be free of obstructions. x <br /> 5. Total driveway length, measured from the center of the public <br /> road right-of-way, shall not exceed 1320 feet. This includes <br /> any shared use of existing driveways used to gain access to the <br /> public road. X <br /> 6. Driveways that are longer than one hundred fifty(150) feet <br /> measured from the public road centerline shall have a turn <br /> around similar to those shown in Figures 2 & 3. <br /> 7. Curves in the driveway shall have an inside radius of no less <br /> than twenty five(25) feet at the point the driveway meets <br /> the public road. rx <br /> 8. The maximum slope allowed on the first twenty(20) feet from <br /> the edge of the public road shall be four percent(4%)and from <br /> that point the maximum slope on any one portion shall be no <br /> more than ten percent(10%). jS <br />
