The owner(s) of record of any lands that are served by the same community septic system. <br /> WHEREAS, the above described property is within the Blackhawk Fields Subdivision, as recorded in Volume <br /> 59-047b of Plats, Pages 229-230, Dane County Register of Deeds document#4390294, located in the S1/2 of <br /> Section 18, T9N, R7E, Town of Roxbury, Dane County, WI (hereinafter "Subdivision") <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, the Tots within the Subdivision are served by common private sewage systems; <br /> WHEREAS, the common private sewage systems have capacity limitations with regards to the number of <br /> bedrooms served by each system; <br /> WHEREAS, single-family dwellings within the Subdivision have been limited to the maximum number <br /> bedrooms for each dwelling served by the community septic system; of <br /> • <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, the Restrictions imposed herein are intended to comply with the requirements for rivate•sew e <br /> systems found under Dane County Code of Ordinances Chapter 46: Private Sewage System Ordinance and <br /> Health Ordinance. <br /> • <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the Grantor, as owner of the Property, declares that the Property is held and li <br /> shall be conveyed, subject to the following restrictions: y nd hereafter <br /> •1. There shall be no more than 3 bedrooms designed or constructed within the single-family d welling <br /> located on the property.
