NOTICE: <br /> • If a CSM is required, please inform your surveyor to submit the final CSM as soon as possible. <br /> A survey submitted close to or on the deadline date may not be processed in time to meet the <br /> recording deadline. Zoning approval may become void. <br /> • If you are not able to meet these conditions by the specified deadline date, you or your <br /> surveyor will need to contact the Zoning Department to communicate your reasons for <br /> needing more time, as well as your expected date of completion. If the Zoning Administrator <br /> approves, the deadline may be extended.
