LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> - Lot 27 of proposed Eastown Burke Plat in the SE 14 of section 22 <br /> and the NW 14 of the SW 14 of section 23 Township 8 north range 10 <br /> east, Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> 2. TAX PARCEL NUMBER <br /> - 07-22-545 <br /> 3. A filing fee in the amount of $60.00 is enclosed. <br /> 4. The following is submitted: <br /> (a) The proposed use of the property is for a motion picture theater. <br /> (b) The proposed addition is to be completed prior to December 13, <br /> 1985. <br /> (c) The property currently is used as a Four Plex Theater. The <br /> proposed addition of two auditoriums will not change the use <br /> and the additional capacity will not adversely affect the traffic <br /> in the area and use of adjoining properties. <br /> (d) Lands north and east of this parcel are presently vacant lands. <br /> The land west of the parcel is the access ramp from I-90 & I-94 <br /> to U.S. Highway 151. Immediately south of the building is a <br /> vacant commercial building. The only other uses in the immediate <br /> vicinity but beyond the 300 foot limit are automobile dealerships <br /> and a retail cheese store. <br />
