• <br /> fr501.uT/On/ <br /> 4.4245KZ-414 q5 <br /> DATE July 11, 1985 <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR MONUMENTATION WORK IN DANE COUNTY <br /> Section 59.635 of the Wisconsin Statutes requires Dane County to make <br /> on-going provisions for the monumentation of section corners within Dane County. <br /> Such work is to be done either by the County Surveyor or by others surveyors <br /> employed by him. <br /> The Land Regulation and Records Department, County Surveyor Division, has <br /> solicited bids for such work and recommends that the following contracts be <br /> awarded: <br /> NAME AMOUNT <br /> Central Engineers & Surveyors $ 3,100.00 <br /> Thom R. Grenlie $ 2,457.00 <br /> John Karns $ 2,950.00 <br /> Mead & Hunt, Inc. $ 5,760.00 <br /> River Valley Surveying $ 5,750.00 <br /> R. F. Sarko & Associates, Inc. $10,868.00 <br /> Wisconsin Mapping Service $ 5,460.00 <br /> George Weir $ 2,250.00 <br /> $38,595.00 <br /> The establishment of government corners requires the greatest knowledge of <br /> any survey work.
