ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3534 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of MADISON The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: 1 at the zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to inclu• in the R-2 & R-3 Residence District the following described land: Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Madison d-scribed as follows: TO R-2: Commencing at the center of said Section 36; t -nce S 00° 00' 00" E, 980.7 feet, to the centerline of Moorland Road; thence along said centerline, S 77° 10' 00" E, 335.8 feet; thence S 00° 00 ' 00"E, 3 • .7 feet, to the Northerly right-of-way of Moorland Road and the Eas right-of-way of Warner Street also being the point of beginning of this d=-cription; thence along the East right-of-way of Warner Street, S 00° 00' 00" , 126.3 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" E, 90.0 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00" E, 10:.0 feet, to the Northerly right-of-way of Moorland Road; thence continuin. along said right-of-way, N 77° 10' 00" W, 92.3 feet to the point of beginning of this description.
