<br /> a Warranty Deed dated September 6, 1946, and recorded in Volume 540 of Deeds,
<br /> page 278, as Document No. 793754, except lands described in Certified
<br /> Survey Map No. 1543, recorded in Volume 6 of Certified Survey Maps,
<br /> pages 269 and 270, as Document No. 1411934, and Certified Survey Map No. 2344,
<br /> recorded in Volume 9 of Certified Survey Maps, page 209, as Document
<br /> No. 1512246, all documents being recorded in the Register of Deeds office
