The Department of Natural Resources of <br /> Wisconsin wishes to purchase the 41 acres of vacant land <br /> adjacent to the subject 5+ acres (see Zoning Petition #3541 ) . <br /> The DNR owns approximately 1 , 000 acres adjacent to the 41 <br /> acre parcel, and it is the best use for that parcel. The <br /> 5+ acre subject parcel has a good hobby barn, some out <br /> buildings and a large , remodeled farm house "with a lot of <br /> potential to be a showplace someday." A farmette with <br /> ability to have animals is decidedly the best use for this <br /> parcel.
