JIFIIU O *glad'
DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN
October 5, 1985
Ms. Judy Rendall, Chairman
Dane County Agriculture, Environment
& Land Records Committee
Room 116 City-County Building
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
RE: Zoning Petition #3542
Dear Ms. Rendall,
The Town of Rutland hereby requests a 30-day extension of time be
allowed for review of zoning petition #3542.
The usual procedure of coming to the Town for preliminary approval was
not followed in this case. An extension of time would allow for the Planning
Commission to make a field inspection of the property involved before making
a recommendation to the Board for action.
The Town anticipates having a representative present at the public hearing
on Tuesday, October 8, but no formal action will have been taken at that time.
Both zoning petition #3542 and the Preliminary Certified Survey Plat concerning
this land will be addressed at the November meetings.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours very truly,
Rutland Town Board
Dawn George, Clerk
TOR/dfg ti`;-:-
