EXISTING & PROPOSED USE OF THE PROPERTY TO BE RE-ZONED: <br /> Currently, the 41. 2 acres that John & Rosie Putman want to purchase <br /> are zoned A-1 Exclusive. The land has not been used for agricultural <br /> purposes because it is very hilly, about 1/2 of the property is <br /> woods , and there are several gullies which run down into the bottom <br /> area of the land where rainwater collects (in the springtime only) , <br /> thus , it is unsatisfactory for tilling purposes . <br /> Our offer to purchase is contingent upon re-zoning a portion of <br /> the property so we can build a home on it.
