Subsequently, Joe Daniels Construction Company submitted two letters in <br /> response to concerns raised by staff charged with reviewing the plan. I am <br /> informed that staff have reviewed and have recommended approval of the plan, <br /> and that they have made further recommendations to the builder. <br /> The Committee will consider the plan and the recommendation of staff at their <br /> meeting today, at 4:30 p.m. at the Extension Office, located at 57 Fairgrounds <br /> Drive. As a courtesy to you, I enclose a copy of the plan as submitted, which <br /> consists of two letters from the builder dated July 3 and July 17, 1986. I <br /> also enclose a copy of the Addendum to Conditional Use Permit #462, and I note <br /> that the applicant is, thus far, in strict compliance with its terms. <br /> Please call if you have any questions. <br /> y trul' yours, <br /> , <br /> ene R.
