If we use the existing drive on the east side, it could kill <br /> the pine trees that are so close to the driveway. <br /> As for erosion control, we will be using erosion control filter fence along <br /> the west side of the property and along the front of the site. We will main- <br /> tain the fence by cleaning out the sediment and by keeping the fabric up on <br /> the stakes. <br /> Our plans are that the driveway will be sloped enough to dissipate the water <br /> to the sides of the driveway and into the lawn. We will be sodding the low <br /> areas to resist any erosion. The seeded areas will be mulched. <br /> We will be concentrating our efforts on getting the exterior work done as <br /> soon as possible so the grass seed has a chance to germinate.
