TS7(6/ <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section j, Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the RH-4 Rural Homes & A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-3 & RH-4 Rural Homes District. <br /> #3544 <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 16, thence East <br /> 864.45 feet along the East-West line to the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence South 200 feet; thence East 217.8 feet; thence North <br /> 200.00 feet to the East-West quarter line; thence East along said quarter line <br /> 245 feet mor or less to the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said <br /> Section 16; thence South along the East line of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 1670 feet; <br /> thence West 925 feet more or less to the centerline of Vilas Road; thence <br /> Northerly along the centerline of Vilas Road 1720 feet more or less to the <br /> East-West quarter line; thence East along the East-West line 583 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning of description. TO RH-4: Commencing at the <br /> Southwest corner of Section 16; thence N 88° 09' 15" E 508.73 feet along the <br /> South line of section to the point of beginning of this description; thence N <br /> 88° 09' 15" E 820 feet more or less along said line to the Southeast corner of <br /> the SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence Northerly 975 feet more or less along the West line <br /> of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 to a point 1670 feet from the Northeast corner of the NW <br /> 1/4 SW 1/4; thence West 925 feet more or less to the centerline of Vilas Road; <br /> thence Southerly along said centerline 720 feet more or less to the Northwest <br /> corner of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #2858, Volume 11, Page 215; thence N 88° <br /> 09' 15" E 154.49 feet; thence S 01° 50' 45" E 260.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
