ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #3548 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the <br /> C-1 Commercial and RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: <br /> TO C-1: Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 7; thence S <br /> 02° 38' 00" W, 867 more or less feet to the point of beginning; thence North <br /> 88° 54' 51" E, 307.78 feet, thence N 00° 17' 50" West 214 feet; more or less; <br /> thence West to the North-South quarterline, thence South 02° 38' 00" West to <br /> the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the North quarter corner of <br /> Section 7; thence East 363.42 feet to the West line of a town road, thence <br /> South 00° 17' 50" E along said West line 971.14 feet; thence South 88° 54' 51" <br /> W 413.22 feet to the North-South quarterline, thence North 02° 38' 00" East <br /> along said North-South quarter line; 106 more or less feet; thence N 88° 54' <br /> 51" East 307.78 feet; thence N 00° 17' 50" W, 214 more or less feet; thence S <br /> 88° 54' 51" W 307 more or less feet to the North-South quarter line; thence <br /> North 02° 38' 00" East to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners <br /> of the land: <br /> 1) . Use in the area zoned C-1 Commercial shall be limited to a cabinet <br /> shop. <br /> 2) .
