P , #463 - Recycling Facility <br /> Dear Bill , <br /> In answer to your letter of February 6 , the Committee <br /> appointed to study and evaluate sites for the Town' s <br /> recvclino efforts , was told to make their recommendation to <br /> the Board on March 17 ° 1986. As chairman of that committee . <br /> I am pleased to report that we have evaluated the current <br /> site and six or seven others . At this time the committee is <br /> not read to commit to a particular site . <br /> As regards a site plan for the Natviq Road/C .T . H. "N" site , <br /> the Board is currently workino with the D .N .R . on the <br /> burnino Perm / t . It is unlikely that the Board will draft a <br /> difinitive plan until that matter is resolved . In the <br /> meant / me the current operation has been confined to a <br /> smaller , more centrally located area of the parcel . The <br /> Board has always agreed that the closed landfill should be <br /> landscaped in such a manner as to be aesthetically in <br /> keepino with the neiqhborinq properties . When these two <br /> matters have been resolved the Board will be in a position <br /> to make the decisions you request . Please note that the <br /> Committee report will be received March 17th , the next Board <br /> meetinq would be April 7th .
