A a 3 <br /> r C <br /> C] SUS OPINION OF NEIGHBORHOOD AS WELL AS THREE MEMBERS OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY THE TOWN-CONDITIONS THAT WOULD PROVIDE FOR <br /> REASONABLE PROTECTION FOR AREA RESIDENTS BY MEANS OF CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT FOR THE NATVIG ROAD SITE ZONING PETITION 3550. <br /> 1. That in view of the conditions listed ‘e4Qa4 this conditional use <br /> permit will expire on March 30, 1989 and will not be renewable <br /> without the approval of a majority of the residents within mile <br /> of the site. <br /> 2. That the Town proceed at once to complete plans for landfill <br /> closing work, including filling, grading, covering, topsoiling, <br /> etc. in accordance with DNR requirements and recommendations. <br /> 3. Screening' and burming are not necessary interim expenses provided <br /> the conditional use permit is non-renewable. <br /> 4. That the Town proceed at once to plan the move of the Recycling <br /> Operation to the Town Hall Site in accordance with the unanimous <br /> recommendation of the alternate site committee. This would include <br /> all landscaping, plantings, screening, drives and other work that <br /> would be desirable at that site. <br /> 5. That the Town, by accepting this limited time conditional use permit, <br /> make a firm commitment to move this entire operation from this site <br /> as soon as practicable, but in no case later than March of 1981). <br /> TUO RESOLUTIONS THAT WERE PASSED AT THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING, <br /> APRIL 2, 1986. <br /> 1. To drop the lawsuit by the Town vs. DNR (concerning the <br /> revocation of the burning permit at the Natvig Road site) . <br /> 2.
