• <br /> PETITION NO. - <br /> • PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 4 , Town of Pl. Springs , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential & RH-3 Rural HomeBistrict. <br /> #3553: <br /> Part of the NW SE & E 1/2 SE of Section 4, Town of Pleasant Springs described <br /> as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 4; <br /> thence West 2090 feet more or less along the East-West quarter line of said <br /> Section 4 to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 265 feet <br /> more or less; thence West 170 feet more or less; thence North 265 feet more or <br /> less to the East-West quarter line of said Section 4; thence East 170 feet <br /> more or less along said quarter line to the point of beginning of this <br /> description. TO RH-3: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section <br /> 4; thence West 1333 feet more or less along the East-West quarter of said <br /> Section 4 to the West line of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of said Section 4; thence South <br /> 910 feet more or less along said West line to the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence East 627 feet more or less; thence South 1105 feet more or <br /> less to the North Line of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 4; thence <br /> West 627 feet more or less along said North line to the West line of the E 1/2 <br /> SE 1/4 of said Section 4; thence North 1105 feet more or less along said West <br /> line to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
